Antiquated Building Society not in this century (or the last)

When is online not online? When it's Chorley Building Society. Very user unfriendly, slow, unhelpful online platform. The online platform they use is one that is used by most Building Societies but is hopeless and Chorley's use of it is dreadful. Despite having an online account they sent me a passbook. My wife & I have used this Building Society for more...

My wife & I have used this Building Society for more years than I would care to think about, the Staff have always been friendly, always smart, will listen to our requests, will offer advise if requested, certainly no hard sell, indicated or pushed, and always interested in what one says! A pleasure to enter this Building Society, which from the customer view, is warm like the Staffs greetings, very tidy, neat, viewing glasses are polished to a sparkling finish, decoration of this room, is organised and always maintained to a high standard...I think that my wife & I will stay a few years more, thank you...Mr D J Mrs Christine Moran Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
