Excellent Customer Service

I had to call the building Society as there were problems with a new savings account. What makes things difficult is that I have a nuerological condition that can sometimes get in the way of everyday task. The call was handled by Amanda, who took me step by step through what I needed to do. Amanda was very patient and waited for me to complete each step of the process which probably took longer than someone without the issues I have. I am grateful for her patience. Child trust fund with CBS is great

We set up a child trust fund with CBS and it has been easy to manage, with family able to contribute. Having a local branch in Chorley is great too! it's nice to use a truly local building society, and we've never had any issues. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024

Excellent knowledge, confident and efficient assistants

Excellent knowledge by the counter team at my local branch. I had done my research, but both of the assistants volunteered the information about the account I was opening without being prompted. I was very impressed! Also, the opening times, far exceed those of other banks and building societies locally. In an ever shrinking pool of options, it turns out, the one I was left will is far superior that I could have anticipated. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
