Excellent Customer Service

I had to call the building Society as there were problems with a new savings account. What makes things difficult is that I have a nuerological condition that can sometimes get in the way of everyday task. The call was handled by Amanda, who took me step by step through what I needed to do. Amanda was very patient and waited for me to complete each step of the process which probably took longer than someone without the issues I have. I am grateful for her patience. Simply the Best!

I opened an account for my youngest over 14 years ago and whenever I have had need to contact them either via phone or in person the staff have been wonderful!
