Too many unnecessary numbers

The registration > log-in> withdrawal process has too many steps and verifications. Have never in over 50 registrations been asked for my Nat. Ins number as part of log-in! At least 5 different numbers or codes needed Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Dealing with Chorley by phone has been a really good experience. All agents I have spoken with in the last two days have been knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.
