Very helpful, pleasant and professional

What wonderful people work at the Chorley Building Society. All have gone out on a limb to help me sort things out after my husband's passing, not an easy task in these terrible times due to Covid19. They explained and solved several problems that had been worrying me and I am very grateful to them. Thank you so much. Reviewed on: 13th May 2020

Excellent service and feels like a family owned/run bank

Polite and helpful staff. Never pushy but only too happy to help. When I was thinking of a mortgage they gave me advice even though they knew it ment It would lead me to a competitor as it would benefit me. They still helped me with the process. Excellent customer service

I found the savings rates to be amongst the best to be had when I transferred my monies into various accounts with Chorley Building Society. I like that they are our local building society and give savers both a pass book and the ability to manage funds online if that's what the person wants. Amazing, face to face service

During maternity leave especially the staff at your Leyland branch are amazing! So friendly, thoughtful and thorough. I always receive excellent service and my daughters even love popping in. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

They offer attractive saving plans

My local branch open Saturdays and daily in excess of local banks who are closed Saturday and 3.00pm closures week days if open. Variable access to fixed rate savings products, which banks do not offer or as good as Chorley BS. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Good old fashioned values
