The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a savings account with them for over 25 years and I've never had an issue with them. When I was looking for mortgage advice they sat me down and took me through everything I needed to think about and how to rejig my finances, even while knowing that their plans at the time would not have been suitable and that they were essentially just prepping me to get a mortgage with a competitor. Excellent service and feels like a family owned/run bank

Polite and helpful staff. Never pushy but only too happy to help. When I was thinking of a mortgage they gave me advice even though they knew it ment It would lead me to a competitor as it would benefit me. They still helped me with the process. I've saved with them for decades and I will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
