Very helpful, pleasant and professional

What wonderful people work at the Chorley Building Society. All have gone out on a limb to help me sort things out after my husband's passing, not an easy task in these terrible times due to Covid19. First class advice and service from friendly, knowledgeble face to face staff

Whenever I go in to the branch office to update my account books I am always met with a smile and given excellent advice. This has included advising me to change my then savings account to one which would provide me with better interest. I have always felt that my custom was valued and I have stayed with the Chorley and District for 41 years because of this personal service. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
