What wonderful people work at the Chorley Building Society. All have gone out on a limb to help me sort things out after my husband's passing, not an easy task in these terrible times due to Covid19. Fantastic service. Great to be able to walk into a lovely building and see humans! Face-to-face is a service I want - not internet online. Helen was excellent with my request to open an account, very efficient and friendly. Well done! I can't think of anything you could do to make my experience better. I'm more than impressed. There is no questions asked. Its very private opening later on Sat. Maybe till 2pm. 12 is not good if people can't get in branch in week due to work commitments. Send out more letters about different options with regard to bank accounts and interest e.g. which is best account for customer's needs. Reviewed on: 16th November 2022
