Antiquated Building Society not in this century (or the last)

When is online not online? When it's Chorley Building Society. Very user unfriendly, slow, unhelpful online platform. The online platform they use is one that is used by most Building Societies but is hopeless and Chorley's use of it is dreadful. Despite having an online account they sent me a passbook. In branch service review

Building Society (mutual) rather than a bank. Prefer smaller organisations to larger ones. Had an account with interest rates that suited us. Reviewed on: 19th March 2024

Chorley Savings Review 2024

Very competitive interest rate offered on its single access savings account. My experience could be improved if there was a banking app available for Android devices rather than the current tedious Chorley online login process! Reviewed on: 19th March 2024
