Applied for a loan and I must say it was the easiest...

Applied for a loan and I must say it was the easiest and simplest process sent in a little bank statement and got a time to visit the office signed some paper work and by 5pm the funds were in my bank account it's by far the best loan Ive ever had compared to other company's I have had loans very impressed. Very happy customer

Staff are always polite and very helpful nothing is to much for them to keep us informed with information needed, it is a great and easy process when applying for a loan very good place to get a loan from and interest rates are great to I can't say anything negative about EKCU lovely staff in all aspects of the business. Excellent Customer Service

I enquired about how much it would be to pay back £1000 over a year, and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount. This meant that my savings that I need for Christmas would still be available for me. The loan application is quick and the money is available quickly Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

The service and professionalism shown by the staff most excellent and as such i would have no issues recommending my family and friends to take a loan.The whole process was made easy and everything was explained in detail and as such i would have no hesitation in going through this again at some point in the future. I have never had any problems getting a loan,staff are always extremely helpful and help you make the right choice which is great. It's always a pleasure to visit my local credit union no matter what I am going in for. I suffer severe mental health and the staff always treat me with respect and help me to understand if I am unsure about anything, which is very rare these days. I have a direct debit set up well 2 and I just dont think about it and when needed I have a pleasant surprise. Interest rates are fantastic and definitely a huge bonus to the customer. I have been with my branch for many years now and would never dream of leaving them. I applaud the staff they are just so nice and pleasant. Reviewed on: 18th June 2024

The EKCU has seen me through good times and bad.

The EKCU has seen me though tough times, enabled me to do fun things and been a constant in my life for decades now. It was my children’s first experience of saving, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel that the business has listened to the needs of its customers and tailored its services to suit.
