Everytime I have applied for a loan everything went very smoothly no issues great staff and will help you in anyway they can nothing is to much for them from the office to online staff I can't praise them highly enough for all they do. Reviewed on: 19th June 2025

Staff are always polite and very helpful nothing is to much for them to keep us informed with information needed, it is a great and easy process when applying for a loan very good place to get a loan from and interest rates are great to I can't say anything negative about EKCU lovely staff in all aspects of the business.
