STAY AWAY

Would not recommend anyone who are thinking to move their money into monument savings because of their interest rates. I have a large sum of cash which I now need access too and they’re refusing to transfer my money back to my own personal account with no reason. They’ve held my money for months with no issues and the minute I want access to my money they’ve blocked me on the app They’ve cut all communication with me and managers are refusing to speak to me. The staff are rude and ignorant. I have the right to know what is going on with my money! Emailed the CEO Ian Rand and the board directors to ask for some help and no response from them. Sent many emails over the few weeks and still not heard a response. Reported them to FCA and financial ombudsman and will be taking legal action against them. Would never bank with them again. Looking for good Investment

I was looking to invest my money and came across your rates on Martin Lewis newsletter. It took a while as your site was inundated with customers all wanting the good rates. Even though I missed the deadline due to the withdrawal of the offer Monument honoured my application as I had completed the form in time.I was most grateful. Good interest rate

I am so grateful to have found Monument Bank

I love it - I put a break in my house buying search because of the economy and I wanted to put some of my deposit in a high yielding account. Monument was by far the best. Not only that - the app is so smart and slick! This is what I wish old school banks would be like, since they have the funds to come up with something better.... But alas Monument bank has such a great user experience! Not only that! Unfortunately my phone was stolen at the start of the year and I forgot everything with regards to accessing my Monument account. The client service team got back to me within 15 minutes after my email. Everything was sorted in 2 days - not because of delays, but because I had to provide a lot of materials. Communication was flawless - they let me know when they received what they needed from me, what stage they were at, and if there was any delay I was told when the task would be finished and what delayed it. I love Monument bank because I don't think about it besides recommending it to others and that's what I want from a bank - security, great value, fabulous customer service and to not think and worry about it. Easy to deal with
