The interface is very easy to use (and really quite clever). When a query cannot be dealt with by the app then a human will pick it up and deal with it very quickly. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

ANNA MONEY IS A FRAUD COMPANY

Anna Money STOLE OUR MONEY!!!. Our UK business has been defrauded for well over £22,330.14. Our account has been verified, in good standing and our turnover with Anna has been well over £200000 before all of a sudden Anna closes our account. Without any notification, without any previous discussion, without any legal basis to do so, we find our account suspended few days ago, just like that. We used Anna on a daily basis to receive payment and pay our employees in UK and we had incoming transactions of thousands of pounds that we're blocked by ANNA when they closed our account. We contacted several times Anna support and we received the following reply: "Per our previous conversation, we are restricted from discussing the details of your suspended account". Another reply: "The law occasionally requires us to suspend an account and financial regulations prohibit us from discussing the details"....really? So I shall understand that anyone can suspend an account because the law requires them??? really? Why different companies don't suspend accounts like that? We work with Revolut, Wise, Monzo, Monense and others for a long time and never got suspended and law requires only you to do that? What kind of pathetic excuse is that? Because we're losing thousands of pounds everyday and because of their lack of transparency (and communication), we will file a police complaint, a Financial Ombudsman complaint and we will spread the whole wide web with reviews of this company and how they scammed us, so the message will spread throughout the financial world and businesses will stop using this SCAM Company. If anyone from Trustpilot or any company requires additional documents, we can provide all screenshots of the conversations we had with ANNA support, how literally they refuse any dialog and also bank statements exactly displaying the amount ANNA has illegally kept, without any notification. I was looking into many others business account and come across Anna business account. I have a sister named Anna so I decide to give a try. Wowww wowwww, it was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Thy are so quick and very helpful in term of information. Any questions or whatever you have as a question, Anna business account customer team will automatically respond back within 10 to 25 seconds. I repeat again, 10 to 25 seconds l. They will go above and beyond to make sure your question is met with the best possible answer and make sure you are nothing is left unanswered. I switched from Barclays Business to Anna approx 3 years ago - I couldn't face neither the Barclays clunky archaic app/website/interface, nor their nonexistent customer service. Being honest, I expected so little so after about a day with Anna I couldn't believe what I had put up with. Without doubt their customer service - near immediate responses from a real person who can write and speak in clear English, near immediate remedy of anything, extraordinarily well priced monthly fees, virtually next day new card service...the list is endless. Really a joy, I could not rate them highly enough. Sadly I would advise anyone - ditch the big old names, they simply cannot compete - Anna provides you with exactly what you need. I've used ANNA for close to 3 years and I'm so impressed with every aspect of this company. It feels very personal, incredibly efficient and the ANNA APP is so easy to use, whilst also having an immense amount of functionality to help run daily financials for my business. When you need to chat to a human, there has always been one available within seconds and you don't feel like just a another client number. You feel you're talking to an actual human that want's to help you, even if it's quite obvious what the solution is. If I could use ANNA for personal banking, I'd switch across in a heart beat.
