5* customer service & banking app

I switched from Barclays Business to Anna approx 3 years ago - I couldn't face neither the Barclays clunky archaic app/website/interface, nor their nonexistent customer service. Being honest, I expected so little so after about a day with Anna I couldn't believe what I had put up with. Without doubt their customer service - near immediate responses from a real person who can write and speak in clear English, near immediate remedy of anything, extraordinarily well priced monthly fees, virtually next day new card service...the list is endless. Really a joy, I could not rate them highly enough. Sadly I would advise anyone - ditch the big old names, they simply cannot compete - Anna provides you with exactly what you need.
