Can't fault them. Breathe of Fresh Air

After experiencing bad customer service and high account charges in previous high st banks and another online business bank i can only sayvthat ANNA is such a breathe of fresh air. Easy to use, always someone to help on chat, reassuring after scam call so reimbursed me my account charges for letting them know. MObile site and Online site is so easy to navigate. Payment links via whataspp and email are so handy. Haven't had any problems and i let them know i was going abroad and would be spending on the account - and that it was me and i hadnt been hacked- so they sent ne an airport food voucher and wished me a great trip :)))) Reviewed on: 30th January 2026

Fantastic app, easy to use and the reminders and tips help me run my business effectively. ANNA prompts me to proactively set aside pots for end of year liabilities, such as corporation tax, which gives me peace of mind knowing I’m not facing an unexpected bill. Reviewed on: 30th January 2026
