Anna have always answered my questions within minutes any issues I have promptly solved and the staff really go the extra mile on customer service. Simple and easy to use. The dashboard for desktop users is elegant and straightforward when it comes to checking balances, doing taxes (VAT), and issuing invoices. Chat is great on the phone but is still not available for desktop. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
