It's not a generic message either; I can ask a 'complicated' question & they answer like humans should. It's so easy to use, invoicing is no problem & paying in/out is a breeze. They'll always check the merchant you are paying & let you know if there's anything wrong BEFORE your payment is made. Have been using them nearly 4 years now & wouldn't use anyone else.
