Worst bank and financial institution, avoid it

PRESTIGE PERFUM KB LTD SC: 23 11 85 Ac: 64520271 I have been a customer of Anna for more than 4 months now with no complaints and I always follow the account rules made genuine transaction. Yesterday I received a payment refunded from Zempler bank after they decided to close my account £446 genuine money left in my Zempler business account. A soon the money arrived in my Account Anna business they decided in collusion with Zempler to freeze my account and hold my money. I don't understand this type of evilness. They started asking me questions my about a transaction I received from Top care Distribution revolut account 3 months ago trying to frame me saying where are the proof of those transactions luckily the person send me her revolut business account statement with all the proof I send to them, with also invoices. Today the told me they decided to close my account and in 14 days will what's happening with my money send from Zempler which has nothing and is no way related to anything they were asking me for. 5 mins later they send me another email telling me that they will hold my money and never return that to me. I don't know will read this message do not ever bank with Anna and Zempler business it is the worst bank ever, they horrible I don't know what I did to deserve this I'll not give up on my money please UK community help me to and share my stories I'll use every single platform even BBC news for what they are doing. Anna Bank is the worst Bank I ever work with, guys please do not deal with them - stay away from them, once they have stoped payment in 390k euros to my account for 10days and in the end rejected payment back to sender as their payment provider something does like it, they could not explain why when I asked, sender was paying me money for the car he bought, senders profile very known and clear, I lost the good deal where I could make lots of money, than second time they blocked my account with lots of funds as they wanted to check my activities after 2mohth they unblocked again without 0 explaining why. After the while I was sending money to eu transport company 4500 euros they freeze my account again for 5month, money I haven’t received and company in EU also haven’t received. I hen I ask to solve the problems they simply reply we do everything they can, it’s really really strange company awoid work with them anytime they can freeze your money or close account and no explaining, they simply have no control to anything they do, they like little amateurs blame other company. From my button of the heart read this message and choose something else this company cost me lots of time, reputation, stress, money, I lost great business connections because I haven’t paid people on time… Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

I do not recommend ANNA Money. Our business account has effectively been closed for almost two months, yet our company funds remain withheld. Instead of addressing the actual issue — when our money will be returned — ANNA continues to hide behind the “complaints process” and regulatory language, avoiding the real question. We are not disputing the closure. We are asking for our company’s money back. The lack of transparency, accountability and clear timelines has caused serious financial harm to our business. I have 2 business accounts with Anna. The charges are reasonable , sometimes it is a bit clunky and not that intuitive but they always get back to you with what to do next. The fees are reasonable for a small business. I like the invoicing function Reviewed on: 6th February 2026

Best banking experience in all my years in business.

I’ve never experienced a banking service on this level before. The consultants are very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and polite. I’ve enjoyed every interaction I’ve had. When I was still learning the interface I could ask for help and instantly receive the guidance to get me where I needed to be quickly. I could go on. I have 2 business accounts and any future business’s I start will be banking with ANNA. I wouldn’t bother shipping around. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
