Anna have always answered my questions within minutes any issues I have promptly solved and the staff really go the extra mile on customer service. Simple and easy to use.

Simple and easy to use. The dashboard for desktop users is elegant and straightforward when it comes to checking balances, doing taxes (VAT), and issuing invoices. Chat is great on the phone but is still not available for desktop. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

Excellent Bank

ANNA is a excellent banking service with superior customer service. Always there to help 24/7 with easy access to your account and all details related to it. The app gives you access to statements at the touch of a button and security for transactions is excellent. Overall I would recommend this bank to anyone. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026
