Can't fault them. Breathe of Fresh Air

After experiencing bad customer service and high account charges in previous high st banks and another online business bank i can only sayvthat ANNA is such a breathe of fresh air. Easy to use, always someone to help on chat, reassuring after scam call so reimbursed me my account charges for letting them know. MObile site and Online site is so easy to navigate. Payment links via whataspp and email are so handy. Haven't had any problems and i let them know i was going abroad and would be spending on the account - and that it was me and i hadnt been hacked- so they sent ne an airport food voucher and wished me a great trip :)))) Reviewed on: 30th January 2026

Definitely a no nonsense account!!

After a bad experience and unexpected quick exit from another online banking company i was told to try ANNA. I have nothing but good things to say. Quick application, always on someone online chat whatever time. Easy app to navigate around, once you've got to grip with invoices and payments that easy too. I love the saving pot idea, it means a small business like mine can choose a % to save when sometimes there isn't any wage as such at the end of the month. I would just like to see an address book option that stores my clients email addresses in for invoices as i have to insert the address monthly for each client at the minute. I am currently transferring company cash payments from my personal bank into ANNA so perhaps a paying on service at the post office etc might be an idea moving forward.
