Shambles

Absolutely shocking company. One of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with professionally ever. Took me over 2 weeks to try and pay my insurance and still no resolution they say finance company needs payment finance company say they need accept payment. No one has a clue. Avoid - not the great value they originally suggest

I was appalled and frightened by Autonet's draconian response to a missed direct debit, which was my error. Their response was to charge extortionate fees and charges and provide incredibly short deadlines to respond - on a premium rate phone number with 20 minute wait times. They cancelled my insurance while I was on holiday and have bombarded my mobile phone and email with threats of legal action. The amount I owe has risen 500%. This is all within one month of the missed direct debit. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Reviewed on: 11th August 2016
