So I had to find another van Today they will not swap over or refund my policy because there is an open claim, even though they told me there is no cover. I checked there is no claim with the underwriters or the Accident Management Company. I have now wasted 3 hours this morning getting passed from one department to another. Still on the phone waiting. In dealing with Insurance Companies for 33 Years this is one of the worst companies to deal with. They decided to keep the money even though there has been no claim.
