Debit card

I've been with Barclays over 30 years, I recently had issues with fraudulent use of my debit card so went on my Barclays app to do online chat which was no use so I phoned them directly,I waited over 15 mins no answer, I finally had a return call following day saying they had cancelled my debit card and would send me a new one, it's been 5 days now still nothing, so back on to chat which is a big waste of time then back to a direct call which I was told I'd be waiting another 30 mins plus to speak to someone,I received a new debit card on my app tried to use it from my phone but doesn't work?? tried again to ring Barclays told me on the app 24/7 service but when rang number only covered stolen cards so a bit of a lie of Barclays, lm having to use my Capital one credit card until my debit arrives and hopefully will work ,for such a large established company I'd expect better from them , after this poor communication and Barclays app shambles I will seriously be looking for another bank ! I never had such experience in cash card account, high speed and convenience every where you want to transact. Security in internet transactions is recommendable.

I have two month experience with Barclays cash card account and never get any challenge in my transaction. I do a lot of online transaction and money transfer with high security against intruders. This is the best bank I never experienced before. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

For me Barclays Mobile Banking App is priceless

I have been a Customer of Barclay’s for many many years and I’ve see Barclays Mobile Banking App grow over the years. I am now unfortunately disabled and I’m only in my 40ts.This App for me is completely priceless because I can do all of my Banking at the touch of a button 24/7.Seriously I cannot praise this App enough. The App itself has really been thought about and the layout and design continues to grow a get better every time,After the recent updates it now has a built in calendar that allows you to double check the dates you have DD or standing orders going out and this now allows you to do this without coming out of the Barclays App and checking dates on the phones calendar.I also use the direct call and you can talk to anyone on the phone or even live chat.Belive me I have had conversations with Barclays staff members at 05.00hrs in the morning.I think this new App layout and new features is a game changer for Barclay’s and it’s customers.But for me it means I never have to go into a Barclays branch and worry about trying to find a disabled parking spot and have to pay for a parking.Finally this App is so user friendly a child could use it.Well do Barclays and keep up the good work Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
