Very transparent and responsive.

Very transparent and responsive. They helped me get a great deal without having to even go to a branch when I got my first mortgage, and proactively got in touch to help me remortgage a few months before the mortgage initial rate was up. Stuck with us till it mattered!

Excellent customer service and attention to detail

I approached Better.co.uk through a recommendation from MoneysavingExpert website. I'm glad I out of the 3 mortgage brokers I contacted the customer service, attention to details and my needs resulted in me obtaining the mortgage I required at a very competative rate. Excellent customer service

Got my mortgage with better in October 2023. They were very helpful and kind. As a first time buyer I was very nervous but the staff at better, Ashleigh in particular, was absolutely fantastic and I was put at ease straight away. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

Painless

My experience has been painless, they have explained everything and the online portal is extremely intuitive. Although the service is free (paid for by the lender), they have not pressured me about buying any of their addon services. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024
