unexpected bonus

I had a brilliant experience with remortgaging through Better, it was a smooth process to complete the remortgaging process online even for a technophobe like myself, I was kept fully informed by my named advisor Ritesh Malkan, and although there were some delays (due to the bank taking an unusual amount of time to process my application), there was a great service offered by Better that as I didn't get my mortgage approved within their guaranteed period of time (I think it was a week or so) I got a bonus so I actually made money from remortgaging!
