Better worked hard in securing a great deal for me when I last renewed my mortgage. They obtained an improved rate with my exister lender that I didn't have access to myself, and they worked into the evening to get everything secured and tied up before the rates were due to change the following day. An exceptional service, and I have recommended their services to friends and family.. they've done an equally great job for others. As a first time buyer, I'm glad I went with Trussle!

I will preface this by saying that I had engaged with this company when they were known as Trussle. It was nice and easy to sign up and the directions and steps on what to do next were great! As a first time buyer, venturing into this new unknown was daunting to say the least, but my partner and I were put into the care of Priyanka Shah, who might as well have been an angel sent from the heavens. Any and all issues were handled by Priyanka promptly, and even when we had made mistakes with our application, and undoubtedly made her job harder, she handled it with a smile in her voice. If you get anyone half as good as Priyanka, you are well and truly in safe hands. I don't normally leave reviews for ANYTHING, but for this I had to make an exception. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025
