Top class broker

My broker was very on it when it came to sorting out my mortgage. He was very informative but also very happy to listen to our points of view. We ended up having to jump quickly for a particular offer being pulled before all the rates jumped up and Charlie was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed in order to get across the line before the deadline. I recommended my brother use Better as well and he also got a great deal AND we were both rewarded via Better's referral system. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Better were amazing to work with. Found a great deal that fits my needs, had a very supportive dedicated account manager throughout the process and it was quick and easy to upload documents for approval. Amazing company who were the only ones to be able to get me a mortgage due to me being on sickness benefits. They were all outstanding and patient with me as I had so much anxiety and stress at the time, due to a no fault eviction and rent having doubled. If it was not for Priyanka Shah and her team through the company, My children and myself would be homeless now. I cannot thank them enough.
