First time using a broker.

All very lovely on the phone telling me they are non biased. Led me to believe the mortgage u have is the best I can get. I now pay hundreds more a month and struggle. When speaking to other people I genuinely feel I was conned. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Amazingly helpful

Priyanka was fantastic, reviewed the many options for us when circumstances changed and couldn’t have been more helpful for us. This is the second time I’ve used better and will continue to do so when we remortgage. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and with best deals

Assistant Nafisa was very helpful and responsive, the deals were on par with others (e.g. Habito) but had a slight edge with bonuses / cash backs. After selecting the deal the process was very smooth and as-planned with good frequency of status updates (~2 per week) Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
