Good customer service that explained the process and paperwork required making it very easy to understand and follow. Really helpful advisors who found the best deal for me (better than I could find going direct to the same banks) at no cost to myself. Fast responses to emails. The mortgage advisors continue to track the best interest rates and will apply for better ones if applicable before completion. Reviewed on: 10th March 2024
