Kristian at Mayfield Mortgages helped me with my mortgage as a FTB in 2023 and with a further advance in 2025 for home improvements and both times guided me through the process seamlessly and we above and beyond - I have recommend Kristian to my sister and friends who are currently going through the motions as FTB for their mortgage and have both had great experiences - will definetely be working with Kristian again in the future. Kristian went above and beyond to secure our buy-to-let mortgage through our limited company. Despite delays caused by our solicitors, he was instrumental in keeping us informed and reassured throughout the process.
