We would definitely recommend Tembo

We started our journey to obtaining our mortgage for our new house with Bethany from Tembo, she was great and worked really hard to find us the best mortgage possible, we had a few setbacks due to certain criteria but Bethany didn't give up and we ended up finding a suitable lender and being accepted for our mortgage, Callum then took over from Bethany to see us through the remainder of the process and he was brilliant, he was very patient with all of our questions and he kept us well informed throughout the process, we were extremely happy with the help and service we received using Tembo and they made what can be a very complicated and confusing process very straightforward and simple. Smooth process

Had a really smooth and simple experience with our mortgage application process with Gemma (case manager) and Peter (broker). Found they were both very personable and explained the process well; they clearly made a real effort to get us the best deal possible for our mortgage. Responsiveness/communication could have been better at times, but overall felt well looked after and found the process nice and easy. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

Matt and Ellie

I went through my mortgage journey on my own, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support than Ellie and Matt. Ellie was brilliant throughout—organised, efficient, and always making sure everything stayed on track. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel clear and manageable. Matt, though, really stood out. Not only was he exceptional in terms of advice and guidance, but he also went far beyond what you’d expect—offering reassurance, patience, and genuine emotional support at every stage.
