I've held a LISA with Tembo for a couple of years after switching due to their high interest rates. The process was easy to switch... I've held a LISA with Tembo for a couple of years after switching due to their high interest rates. The process was easy to switch and the app user friendly. We then decided to use their mortgage services once we were ready to purchase a property. It was easy and quick to book an appointment and upload documents and the service was free as I held my LISA account with them. We quickly had a decision in principle which meant we could view properties and had an idea of what we could borrow and repayment values. We've had a great experience with Chelsea and Olivia and have been in touch with them for a few months due to our first purchase falling through at valuation stage. We have always been able to get a quick response, sound advice and although our second application was slightly more complex, we had not long moved rentals and I had stated a new job, we were still successful with a mortgage offer after the lender initially declined.
