Constant support and improvements

I had a rough start with Tembo but they turned everything around very quickly and now are flawless. I had a few issues and immediately get clarity and generous support. There terms and conditions state 7 days notice before cutting interest rates, but they only give you just 2 days notice. Only pay a little bit of your monthly interest at a time, not the full amount. Reviewed on: 19th June 2025

Best Interest Rates, Clear Communication.

Tembo provide the best interest rates I've been able to find for a cash ISA. The app is easy to use and clear about how to use it. It also makes it very clear about usage of ISA allowances, and doesn't use complex jargon. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
