Blue Motor Finance Complaints Departmeht

I wasn’t going to leave a review of Blue Motor Finance but as they sent me an email asking for feedback to improve their service here goes…. Please do not purchase a vehicle using this company if you value your time and want to keep your stress levels down. Purchasing a vehicle which subsequently has multiple faults is difficult enough but the lack of consideration and courtesy shown by the Blue Motor Finance complaints department makes the situation even worse. In my experience, phone calls and emails are not replied to. I have had multiple times where I’ve been promised phone calls at a certain time and they haven’t happened. When you ask to speak to a manager in the complaints department, they are never available. They clearly do not have enough staff to manage the number of complaints they receive as each phone call I’ve made has taken an average of 45 minutes to an hour on hold before getting to talk to anyone. However, phone calls to the main customer service or collections departments are answered much more speedily. Blue Motor Finance will tell you that they will arrange a “full inspection” of your vehicle, this is not the case. The inspection you receive is an inspection of the reported fault NOT a full inspection of your vehicle. This is at best misleading and at worst a lie. Even when it is clear that you are unhappy, they will close your case and send a generic email stating that your case has been closed. The email also asks for feedback. This again demonstrates their complete lack of understanding. I have taken my issues with Blue Motor Finance to the financial ombudsman. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Great service

Used blue finance to pay car over 3 yr , never once had a problem, final payment yesterday and I contacted them just to make sure it was final payment before cancelling dd, quick response verifying this , not looking for another car at moment but wouldn’t hesitate at using this company again Reviewed on: 21st March 2023

Worst finance company

The worst finance company I have ever dealt with. Took first payment before I had got my vehicle, then when I asked for a one month payment break they wouldn’t help without impacting my credit rating. So I’ve decided to early settlement. £1750 front loaded interest, settled the agreement on month 7 of 25 and got a reduction of £700. Legalised robbery. They just fill you with waffle and 100pages of indecipherable jargon. AVOID Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Worst ever car finance company

This company is the worst for complaints,not interested in solving issues, just get lie after lie. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If trying to refuse death trap car and return they are not interested. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Easy to use

No problem getting loan that was needed, cleared within a couple of hours, web site set up once again simple to use so you can keep track of your payments. When I have had to phone them they where always friendly and helpful. There are a lot worse companies out there, try these first I don't think you would be disappointed.
