great post crash help!!

I had a bad crash and my car was wrote off , the insuarnce company Aviva were totally inept sending the wrong amount revresing payments it went on for weeks the into months, I kept in touch with Blue finance they offred lots of support proof of non payment proof of early settlements, they were very understanding and did not pressurise me at all thank you! I was struggling financially and has arrears pay before April. The first customer service personnel I spoke to reported that she can only expended the payment for only 3 months and no more. However, the customer service personnel I spoke today I think his name is Shawn or Shaw in fact he is the best and excellent customer service personnel I have ever spoken to. He helped me by extending it to the amount I will be able to manage and pay without much stress depression. He really made my day and I wish people like him will be promoted to mangers in future because they can contribute alot to the company. Thank you and I really appreciate everything today. Given my own traumatic experience unrelated to this company I fell behind for a large number of months but this company Blue Motor Finance didn't falter didn't miss a beat going above and beyond in not only supporting me emotionally ( which isn't their job ) but they did anyway understanding everything as if they were my friends they always treated me with respect and helped me get back on track now.im up to date and it's all because of them their team I can't put into words how not only professional but kind, caring and understanding I owe alot to this company it was never about money as they let me pay what I could and my well being was always clear at the forefront of they're focus THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART Blue Motor!
