I was struggling financially and has arrears pay before April. The first customer service personnel I spoke to reported that she can only expended the payment for only 3 months and no more. However, the customer service personnel I spoke today I think his name is Shawn or Shaw in fact he is the best and excellent customer service personnel I have ever spoken to. He helped me by extending it to the amount I will be able to manage and pay without much stress depression. He really made my day and I wish people like him will be promoted to mangers in future because they can contribute alot to the company. Thank you and I really appreciate everything today.
