Love the whole thing!

I started my policy as I wasn't driving in/out of work 5 days a week, but I have since moved at work Mon-Fri and the cost is still very reasonable and has been cheaper than other insurers who wanted a total upfront cost. It allows me to space my finances too, given the current finacial situation. I also love that it's capped at a certain distance for the day so I don't have to worry about spending a rediculous amount. Reviewed on: 4th October 2022

One of the worst customer service of the UK!

Concept is great, but don't bother. You received automatic sms and emails asking you for urgent action (to avoid your policy being cancelled). But you will never be able to reach the customer service. No call back, no answers to your request (in their own set 72 hours timeframe). If they don't improve customer experience, they will disappear. Simple as that. Very poor experience! Reviewed on: 4th October 2022

Perfect for me

Working away a lot and on occasion having long period where I am not using my car. Using bymiles and paying only when you drive is perfect for me and makes paying for insurance without the use of the car a thing of the past. It’s easy to install the tracker.
