One of the worst customer service of the UK!

Concept is great, but don't bother. You received automatic sms and emails asking you for urgent action (to avoid your policy being cancelled). But you will never be able to reach the customer service. No call back, no answers to your request (in their own set 72 hours timeframe). If they don't improve customer experience, they will disappear. Simple as that. Very poor experience! Reviewed on: 4th October 2022
