i have had loans and now have savings account,

i have had loans and now have savings account, interest rate was much lower than any other lenders for loans and withdrawing made easy from my savings account. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Best customer service

Best thing i did was move to capital credit union. My husband has had an account with them for years and had two loans in that time and their customer service has been brilliant. I also set up savings accounts for my son so the whole family are with them Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Great experience - give them a try!

Great experience with all the services I have used with Captial Credit union re savings and Season ticket loans. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and take time to explain what is required of you and the services they provide. I have called a few times with regards to my Season ticket as didn't fully understand the process and the staff were extremely patient and helpful with the information I needed and helped me understand the process. Great service

Really good that that I am able to have my savings deducted from my monthly wages so that I don't even miss the money! Staff always friendly and helpful with any queries that you might have. Online access easy to follow and impersonal experience always positive. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
