Easy to save. Easy to talk to !

Excellent service - consistently!

I’ve had a savings account with the Capital Credit Union for some years now and have always found communications clear and helpful - the regular newsletters are really informative. Managing my account is easy and I have found it straightforward to get in touch when I’ve needed to do so. During the pandemic I had to withdraw funds for an emergency house repair and was delighted to be able to speak to a team member on the phone who arranged the withdrawal as quickly and easily as possible.
