CCU is a safe place for my savings.

CCU is a safe place for my savings. I have very little financial expertise, and if there are things I need to discuss they are very accessible and helpful. Occasionally I have had to dip into savings, and they are very reassuring about how to do it and the consequences. Reviewed on: 26th June 2025

Care and Compassion with sound financial advice

If I need to call capital CU I am not left hanging on phone for ages - they always use my name deal with me in a friendly and professional way - they explained different savings options in a way that I really understood and importantly checked back with me that I had understood- felt like a real partnership - i have been a member for 30 years and on 3 occasions needed to access / borrow money quickly because of family death.I will never forget how sensitive and calm the man that I spoke to at CCU was - importantly he ensured I made a wise decision when it was a very stressful family tome. Easiest way to save.

Fantastic way to save money, you don’t need to think about it, it automatically comes out of your salary or pension and the great thing is you always get a surprise to see how much you have saved. Reviewed on: 26th June 2025

Shop Around for Advice from People you Trust

We asked for advice on transferring money from our regular bank as they had cut their interest rate after taking the advice my wife and I were given we transfered more money into our existing savings with Capital Union a fixed term with a significant interest increase on what we were getting at the Bank.
