Care and Compassion with sound financial advice

If I need to call capital CU I am not left hanging on phone for ages - they always use my name deal with me in a friendly and professional way - they explained different savings options in a way that I really understood and importantly checked back with me that I had understood- felt like a real partnership - i have been a member for 30 years and on 3 occasions needed to access / borrow money quickly because of family death.I will never forget how sensitive and calm the man that I spoke to at CCU was - importantly he ensured I made a wise decision when it was a very stressful family tome. Fantastic staff who are knowledgeable and friendly .

I have been a capital credit union member for 25 years and without exception every contact I have had with them has been so punctual professional and supportive .They answer the phone and explain my options when discussing a possible loan or recently when I wanted advice on ISA as had never taken out an ISA.They process applications really promptly and keep you updated on progress.For me thee most important feature is how brilliant there staff are - so friendly and approachable.
