Insuring my 'van with the C.C. for many years.

I was towing my new 'van when a farmer and his crop sprayer "took an un wanted "shine " to it. After contacting the Club's Insurance claims dept. the repairs were completed through them most successfully. and without ado. Some years previously, our 'van was "hammered" by a hail storm whilst we were in Austria. Again, the problem was resolved most amicably.It's no wonder they (C.C. Insurance, get a 5 star rating from me. By the way I'm not prone to giving out 5 stars just to anf=y one or body. Reviewed on: 29th September 2022

Overall it’s great piece of mind.

Club can be expensive when you add in extras. Generally staff helpful but not always.Insurance cover with Club advisable and I have found responsive to a claim. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024

Mostly good, just found out I had not been given a discount for having an alarm fitted, I was tod I had declined this. I had not. I called to suspend this discount as my alarm has a fault. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024

Ranked amongst the very best

Extra Money!

Thought having to pay extra money because caravan is on a storage site 5 - 10 mins. drive from home was not very good. In my opinion, thereis little difference in coming to home address or storage address if help is needed. I thought this was only a means to get extra money from us! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024
