Appalling handling relating to Red Pennant claim

We made a claim on Red Pennant in 2025 and whilst the operators did their best whilst we were in France, the CC appointed claim handlers have sought to initially dismiss major components of the claim out of hand. We have paid for Red Pennant each year, barring two years, from 2014, have been club members and insured our van since then & to be treated like this is extremely disappointing. It was a straight forward process.
