I was happy with the renewal price.

I have not needed to claim on the caravan insurance, so I am unable to comment if this process works well. Customer service is very good. While renewing the cover recently, I was made aware of all the changes to the insurance offered and how they effected the policy. The changes did reduce the cost of the cover this year. Mostly good, just found out I had not been given a discount for having an alarm fitted, I was tod I had declined this. I had not. I called to suspend this discount as my alarm has a fault. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024
