Always on the ball and helpful.

Always on the ball and helpful. Good people with lots of experience behind them who are able to see solutions not problems. My cover was organised in a very efficient manner and going by the way they do things in general from the way sites are run to how quickly as an organisation they reply to emails and any issues. Helpful staff who know their product

very helpful friendly staff who knew their product and helped me sort out the best cover for my requirements. received both the quote and the policy documents almost immediately. no charges for amendments and many opportunities to get discounts off quote eg enhanced security. also offered a £40 voucher against site fees although it does take a few weeks to arrive which is a shame. Hard to get Insurance? Try these!

Tried several different insurance companies to insure my caravan but was turned down by some of them due to its storage location. The Caravan & Motorhome Club Insurance Co. were extremely helpful, professional and efficient, and gave me an immediate quote which took everything (including location), into consideration. As the quote was very reasonable, and the others I received were quite astronomical, I accepted. Have contacted my Insurers several times over the years and they have always provided great, efficient service. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
