great company to deal with

i have been with saga car insurance for several years now. helpful, friendly, efficient, know their products, listen to customers,easy to get hold of,competitive. i have their three year fixed rate car insurance and breakdown cover. just renewed again. they don’t penalise me for being older either unlike other insurance companies. u.k. customer service which is high on my list of priorities. would highly recommend. i have a three year fixed price car insurance with saga but i do have the option to cancel it which is good if i find a better quote. so far so good though. always been happy with customer service and i don’t get penalised for being retired! Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

had a partnership card for years now. love the rewards vouchers on spends and the points you are awarded for using their credit card which i normally amass and spend in the new year sales. customer service is always good and the guarantees although it can be a pain sometimes to find the contact details Reviewed on: 12th June 2025
