Helpful staff who know their product

very helpful friendly staff who knew their product and helped me sort out the best cover for my requirements. received both the quote and the policy documents almost immediately. no charges for amendments and many opportunities to get discounts off quote eg enhanced security. also offered a £40 voucher against site fees although it does take a few weeks to arrive which is a shame. Excellent Customer service.

Excellent Customer service. Helped me set up account, the app, explained how accounts worked, how to set up standing orders etc into account, even swapped a lower paying interest account to a better one for me and arranged callback on insurance quotations. friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. so nice to ring up and get straight through to someone and in the uk rather than choosing option after option or being dealt with by a bot. this is how companies should operate making customers feel valued Reviewed on: 3rd July 2024

Really happy with Caravanguard Insurance

we’ve been with caravanguard since buying our motorhome in 2020. as first time owners they were extremely helpful going through everything with us, making sure we had the correct cover, security device advice, etc and they send regular really informative emails regarding looking after your motorhome, security, product reviews etc. they have some great videos too. i would certainly recommend them.
