There's just something that stops me using it!

There's just something that stops me using the app to its full extent. I go through the rigmarole of putting £1500 in each month, but then I just go back to using First Direct for my day to day spending! I don't know what it is - the brand maybe? Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Chase made switching to them so easy and I really like using the app to do everything I need to do. On the few occasions I have needed that little extra support I have enjoyed excellent and friendly customer service and I'd go so far as to say that my expectations have been exceeded every time.
