Chase has invested in a brilliant App.

Chase has invested in a brilliant App. It's easy to use and view your balances and purchase information. Chase offer great customer service. I received an immediate response when I ever I experienced issues from an advisor whose first language was not a barrier to comprehension. Unbeatable spending rewards and very competitive savings rates. Zero charges when used abroad. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Not as good as it used to be

Chase used to have excellent saving rates & 1% cashback on debit card spending. Now the saving rate it not particularly good and the cashback has pretty much been removed. The only plus is that there aren't any foreign exchange charges for purchases abroad. It is now just an OK bank. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Really liked Chase but recently they have reduced all their offers and increased how much is needed to pay in. Also had some fraud on my account and after some incorrect information to start with, they then resolved issue promptly and I got a full refund which was good Reviewed on: 16th March 2025

So easy to set up and use - debit card arrived fast. App really fast and straightforward, quick and easy to move funds to and from savings. Cashback on current account use has been brilliant - but sadly this is changing soon to make it more limited. Well recommended. Reviewed on: 16th March 2025
